At Peak Empower, we believe that everyone should have access to services which support their mental health. Our unique programmes use adventure sports as an engagement tool to improve well-being, confidence and self-esteem in marginalised young people. Our adventure club allows our members to try a different sporting activity every month.

We work closely with a range of different organisations to ensure some fun activities - this time we are going to the new Flip Out Aqua inflatable park at Billing Aquadrome.

Arrival: 10.00am - for a safety briefing and to get changed Inflatables: 11am-12pm

No wetsuits are need - you will be supplied Life Jackets but if you would like a wetsuit you

can hire them on the day for £5

You must be able to swim 25m and be over 6 years old and at least 122cm tall

Cost: £15pp (mbrs) / £20pp (nonmbrs)
