Wellness Packs

We have been lucky enough to receive funding from Northampton Community Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund to arrange for wellness packs to be given to those of us in the community that needs a boost at the moment, it could be that staying indoors with the kids is becoming too much for you, you could suffer from depression or anxiety, you may be facing financial strain due to the pandemic. Perhaps you know an elderly couple who are on their own and are feeling low, or someone recovering from an illness or a new mum who is having to stay in complete isolation. We have a range of packs available and can mix and match where necessary:

• Pamper Me Pack: Range of beauty products (we do female and male pack)

• New Mum / Mum to be Pack: Great packs from Rockit Childrens Boutique and Music Bugs

• Family Fun Packs: Range of crafts and fun toys (included are toddler toys from Music Bugs or older toys from Entertainer)

• Family Essentials Pack: Essential food and cleaning products (M&S and In Kind Direct)

• Autism Friendly fun packs: Great sensory aids for children with Autism supplied by Music Bugs

• Decadance Pack: Starbucks coffee sachets (Italian dark roast or Columbian medium roast) with cake and cookie donated by Starbucks. If you would prefer tea alternative we have camomile or green tea

To refer someone or ask for a pack for yourself please email saffy@peak-empower.co.uk with the details and something personal about the recipient (e.g. hobbies, favourite flavour, flower, animal, sports team, magazine etc) as well as any dietary requirements.

We would love to be able to extend our Wellness Packs to the Care sector; for those who are looking after the ill and elderly on a regular basis. We have been lucky enough to get a grant so far, and would welcome any additional funds.
