Inclusive Cycling Course
ARE YOU CURIOUS ABOUT CYCLING? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Our goal is to build your confidence as well as increase your physical fitness. A plus? finding good cycling friends too! The course will not only teach you how to ride but also teach basic bike maintenance and road safety.
We have specialised tri-cycles and hand tri-cycles to use, with sessions being held at Sports 4 Fitness (Moulton).
Our first session will take place Thursday 20th April to Thursday 25th May 1.20-2.30pm. This session will be to get people familiar with the bicycle and tricyles that we have available.
Future sessions will look at bike maintenance and road safety.
