We run a series of inclusive and accessible to all clubs and courses .
During the Corona Virus we changed our remit slightly to run a series of well being sessions on line and sports sessions on line to help people cope with mental health. We also sent out over 800 well-being packs, Autism packs, family packs and food parcels to families and people in need in the community.
We recently started our 'Secret Santa' project where we are putting together Christmas wish lists so that people on their own can known that someone has thought about them, or for families who have been struggling financially or even just to help ensure people don't go into debt this Christmas.
