Inclusive Cycling update

We are one step closer to getting the Northampton Inclusive Cycling Hub open, as well as our cycling course started, after staff training by Cycling Projects on 30th June. The day was full with lots of riding (well, we had to try everything out, didn’t we). We had an after-training event, with Northampton businesses, supporters and regulars, and those interested in our cycling course invited. The bikes and trikes were out gleaming and available for everyone to have a go and see what will be on offer.

Heather Sawyer attended and said afterwards ‘Yeah i did enjoy it. Was good to be able to have the adapted bike especially the hand bike and be able to ride a bike again without injuring anything or falling of it. I'm looking forward to being able to rent it out and go on bike rides again with others as no where else locally offer adaptive bikes that people with disabilities can use’.
